Metamora-Hadley Recreation Area has always been a favorite camping spot for our family for many years. It was one of the first places we camped at when we started our full-timing adventure. I even had a birthday party there when I was ten.
We love Lake Minnewanna, the beach, the trail around the lake, the wildlife, and the campground. We had an extra bonus this time when four hot air balloons flew over the lake on one of our walks.
